Refund policy

Unopened Returns We accept returns for unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. We cover all return shipping costs.

Quality Issues If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at junjiangpump@sina.com. We will arrange return shipping at no cost to you and offer a full refund or replacement.

3-Year After-Sales Warranty All JunJiang Pump products are backed by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or provide technical support free of charge. Warranty claims can be submitted by contacting junjiangpump@sina.com.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products (unless defective)
• Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
